Musical ensemble, Celtic Woman features the very special talents of four Irish female vocalists, a New Zealandler and a very exciting fiddle player. The group has released three albums till date. The first named ‘Celtic Woman’ was filmed on 15 September 2004 for PBS Television at The Helix, Dublin, Ireland in front of a sell-out audience. PBS did extensive publicity throughout 2005 and the album reached #1 on Billboard's World Music chart within weeks of the group's eponymous debut. It finally broke a long-standing record on 22 July 2006 by staying at #1 for 68 weeks and held that position for 81 weeks total.
‘Celtic Women concerts : A Christmas Celebration’ was the second album that released on 19 October 2006 and pushed the first one to the #2 spot on the World Music chart.
Celtic Woman concert performed at Slane Castle in County Meath, Ireland, on 23 August and 24 August 2006 while preparing for their third album, Celtic Woman: A New Journey. PBS aired the show during December 2006 and the studio album was released on 30 January 2007. It hit the Billboard 200 at #4 and the Billboard World Music chart at #1 bumping the previous two releases down a spot and securing the top three positions on that chart for the group.
The Celtic Woman music have an unforgettable collection of contemporary hits, (‘Beyond the Sea,’ ‘The Prayer,’ ‘Scarborough Fair,’ ‘Over the Rainbow’), classical favorites (‘Lascia Ch’io Pianga,’ ‘Vivaldi’s Rain’), and Irish standards (‘Dúlaman,’ ‘At the Ceili,’ ‘Caledonia,’ ‘Mo Ghile Mear’).

They have appeared on The Today Show, Live with Regis & Kelly, The Megan Mullaly show and on Brian Boitano’s Skating Spectacular that aired on NBC on New Year’s Day 2007.
